How to Store Products
Body Oils: All of our body oils have natural oil and natural/organic ingredients. Due to the pure content of these ingredients it is crucial that you store properly to ensure the full lifespan. Body Oils can last up to six months when stored properly. Keep caps screwed on tightly and closed. Store away from direct sunlight and direct heat. Wash hands and body with soap and water prior to touching oil. Heat exposure or bacteria exposure will reduce the life span of oil.
Body Butters: All of our body butters have natural oil and butter in the ingredients. Butters will melt quickly and easily with the slightest amount of heat. IF your body butter begins to melt, you may refrigerate. DO NOT place in the back of the refrigerator. Place in front or on door. Store away from different sunlight and heat sources. Exposure to heat during transportation is fine. Just refrigerate item as soon as possible to solidify. Body butters can last 3-6 months assuming no bacteria is introduced into the container.
Our Shipping Policy
There is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.25. Larger orders may be subject to additional fees.Â
Please double check your address before submitting order. If you live in an apartment or community housing, make sure apartment/unit number is included BEFORE hitting checkout/submit.
If your order is returned to Pamper ME due to customer error, you will be charged a reshipment fee PLUS shipping cost. If this happens, you will receive an email. You have 48 hours to respond or items will be added back to inventory and items must be repurchased. A full refund will be given. If it happens multiple times (3 or more) you will only receive a 50% refund.

All items are non-refundable. NO returns will be accepted.Â

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your items safe for children?
Yes! Since our items are made with natural ingredients and no additives, they are safe for those aged 5 and older.Â
Many children under 5 still have really sensitive skin. We can not guarantee it will not irritate the skin of a child aged 4 or under. If you choose to try, please apply to a small area first and check for reactions.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay. Cash payment will be accepted for in person orders ONLY. If you submit an order for a cash payment online, order will be canceled. If paying in person with cash, exact amount must be given. Taxes and shipping are not included in listed pricing. Will be added at checkout.
Are your products natural?
Yes! Pamper Me uses all natural and organic ingredients. We have done extensive research to find what works best for multiple skin types. Ingredients are listed on every product page.
What if I have a nut allergy, are there any alternatives?
Some of our products contain coconut oil. If you have a nut allergy it is your responsibility to read the ingredient list. Items that are made with coconut oil can be substituted for a different oil. You must reach out and request via email BEFORE placing an order. Additional fee may occur if necessary. Or a similar item without coconut oil will be suggested. We do have many items that do not contain coconut oil.
